Vacancy: Project Manager - People and Heritage programme, Finsbury Park

Applications are invited for the post of Project Manager for the People and Heritage Programme in Finsbury Park curated by 2NQ

About People and Heritage

2NQ Ltd is curating the People and Heritage programme in Finsbury Park, celebrating the 150 years of this well loved people’s park. The programme incorporates, talks, workshops, an exhibition and LIDAR scans of the park.

People and Heritage is supported by the Heritage Fund and Haringey Council. More details are available at 2nq.uk

The role

The Project Manager will support the curatorial and producing team to deliver a series of public-facing projects across the park. The role involves helping to coordinate workshop sessions, research, delivering an adventure learning programme, organising an outdoor exhibition of heritage materials and assisting with production and installations.

You will have experience of working with young people, adults and those interested in arts and culture.

You will be self-organising and able to work to project schedules and have excellent communication skills. This is a self-employed role and you will be responsible for your own taxation. You will work from home, attending meetings and events in London as necessary.

We are interested in candidates with experience of evaluation methods and documentation of projects. You may have knowledge of Finsbury Park, but this is not mandatory.

Fee

The fee for the Project Manager is £10,200, including any necessary travel to Finsbury Park and other London locations. This is equivalent to 45 days. Some evening work may occur as a part of the programme.

Timeframe

The role will commence in March and end in May 2020. The successful candidate must be available from mid-March 2020 latest.

Selection

Evaluation of applications will take place in the week commencing 2 March, 2020. You will be notified of the outcome by email.
